Protect the Powerhouse Arts District

On Wednesday, April 9th, the CIty Council will hold its second vote on the ordinance allowing Toll Brothers' to demolish historic buildings, remove cobblestone streets, and place two high rise towers in the Warehouse Historic District.
The meeting will take place at 6:00 PM at Middle School 4, 111 Bright Street.
This is the public's last chance to be heard on these absolutely inappropriate amendments to the Powerhouse Arts District! A strong show of opposition is crucial.
The Powerhouse Arts District Neighborhood Association (PADNA), one of the Conservancy's many allies in the battle to preserve the warehouse district, is asking you to contact the city council to oppose these ill advised amendments.
In addition, PADNA has established a legal defense fund to challenge any further deviations from the redevelopment plan. Visit the PADNA website to learn about their organization and how to support the legal defense fund.
