Join the JCLC in unveiling the 2024 Adaptive Reuse Award bronze plaque mounted at 151 Bay Street in the Powerhouse Arts District. This marker recognizes Toll Brothers City Living, Sculptor Real Estate and SLCE Architects for their monumental adaptive reuse of the concrete facade elevations of the former 1914-1915 warehouse annex of the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company.
