Save the Powerhouse Walking Tour

Dazzling Digital Design by Shirin MacCormack 2025

Book a ticket and take a walk through the historic Powerhouse neighborhood to recognize National Historic Marker Weekend, Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26, 2026!

Created by the William G. Pomeroy Foundation, National Historic Marker Weekend points the spotlight on neglected historic site markers and plaques. As stated on the Pomeroy Foundation website: “People everywhere enjoy historical markers, from roadsides and parks to historic sites or even their own neighborhoods. According to The Historical Marker Database, there’s more than 210,000 markers in the United States, but many have not received cleaning or care for years. National Historic Marker Weekend is the answer!”
